Shipping
We try to get your orders out as fast as we can! Orders are processed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Everyone needs a break, so shipping may take longer around national holidays, like Christmas, and sometimes the weekend can throw a curveball too.
Items that are bigger than 2 cm tall have to be shipped as a parcel, and are not considered letter mail. If your item does not qualify for letter mail, we will contact you and send you an invoice for the difference in shipping. All shipping invoices much be paid in full before your item will be mailed to you.
Please note, the customer is liable for any errors in provided shipping addresses. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address to avoid shipping issues.

In-store pick up is available for locals, you will be notified when your order is available for pick up.

All international orders must include a phone number, this information is required by Canada Post.
Pick up my order option:
Live on Vancouver Island? You can arrange a pick up instead to save the shipping. Select the "Pick up" option during checkout, and you will receive an email from us when your order is ready.
Returns
As all fabric is custom-cut to order, we are unable to accept returns on fabric purchases. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Lost, Stolen, Late & Damaged Packages
We totally get how frustrating lost mail can be—but unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for parcels that go missing or get stolen along the way. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re always happy to share your tracking info, but we can’t offer refunds or replacements for lost packages.
Parcel Insurance
Parcels shipped within Canada and sent via Canada Post have coverage up to $100. Should you wish additional insurance options at the check out, please include a note on your order and we will send you an invoice for the additional charge. Should you opt out of buying additional insurance, and your parcel is lost, you will be covered only for the amount purchased at the time of completing your order.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Heads up! Shipping fees don’t cover any customs, duties, or taxes your country might charge when your package arrives. These extra costs are up to you as the buyer. We’ll fill out the customs forms honestly—with the actual value and a clear description of what’s inside.
