Quilting cotton can be used for the lining. This bag has a more professional, long-lasting finish if the recommended fabrics are used.  If you are concerned about sewing the train case bottom, I would suggest to make the entire bag out of quilting cotton.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluded are step-by-step graphics to help make the written directions easier to understand.
